From Today’s Walk

I posted this on Facebook earlier and figured I might as well put it here too.

I took a walk today, but my body simply coudn’t go any further than four miles. My feet feel like lead, and my back is a bit of a mess these days. But so it goes. I’m alive and breathing, I have much to be grateful for, and four is better than nothing! I tried to take a few photos, but it wasn’t easy: it was rather windy and flowers and wind are not a good combination. The first of the few flowers I attempted to shoot is below, both in the original size and then cropped so you can really see it. This is a caper bush. It’s not a shot worth keeping, but I thought some might be interested to see it even so.
