I recently had a fun little project and since I’ve now given the gift to my friend and colleague I can share it here: this was a somewhat large collage (17″ x 11″), and I’ve also now made 7×5 greeting cards. All of these images are from the California Theatre, where my friend and I have worked in both Opera San Jose and Symphony San Jose since it reopened in 2004.
The rest ‘o the story: I had, initially, given my friend a set of greeting cards of eight of these images. She said she wasn’t about to send them to anyone, but would, instead, make a collage. Well … I had a lightbulb moment!
