Unidentified Flower, 11.29.23

Maybe Polygonum capitata ? Maybe Persicaria capitata ? I’ve no clue, really, and I didn’t get a photo of the flowers leaves: the blurry leaves you see aren’t from that plant as far as I know. Ah well!
