the way I see the world
I love to revisit my photos from past trips. If I scroll quickly through the ones I made while on our Douro walk it really reminds me of what wonderful walks we had! This was from a day where, toward the end, we hit a good amount of rain. Obviously, though, it had also rained earlier (the mud we had to avoid walking through made that quite obvious!). Photos from our travels are often cross-posted, appearing as well on my traveling times blog.

I’ve not posted photos here from our current trip, since I blog over at my travel site, but here, have a few just for fun. (And visit http://pmtravelingtimes.com if you want to read about what we are up to. You can start on November 18 if you want to start from the very beginning.)

This is certainly not an image I would print, but that doesn’t mean I won’t share it! This was from a very special evening in Florence, when Dan and I walked up to the Piazzale Michelangelo. I had no idea what it would be like, and this crowd was something else! Shortly after this photo, a man who was singing behind all of us managed to get everyone’s attention and soon many turned around, so of us standing, facing him, and singing along. What a fun memory!

I am going through our Great Glen Way walk photos. The majority of what I did was on the iPhone, as I was mostly documenting things and then blogging each evening on my pmtravelingtimes site. iPhone photos are just fine for a blog. When it comes to quality prints, the majority wouldn’t be great. But I think they would work for cards, so maybe I’ll eventually put together a Scotland box. You never know.
Anyway, I’m now on the day we were going from Invermoriston to Drumnadrochit (well, we were actually staying in Lewiston, but they are nearly one and the same). It was an amazing walk! Here are just a few iPhone shots I wanted to share.
And oh how I want to go right back! I mean LOOK at these shots! Ahhhh … so green!

We start our walk soon and yesterday (or perhaps today if you are in certain parts of the world!) I checked a bit of it out. If you want to follow along go to pmtravelingtimes.com to read and see photos.
