Cynara scolymus, 6.17.22
(I think that’s what this is, and the common name would be artichoke. BUT it’s possible it’s Cynara cardunculus, known as a cardoon. I only took this one photo so I can’t really tell for sure. Maybe someone else can tell, though?)
