Color can change so much, just because of light. Same plant, different light. Different color. Odds are I used a shade for the second image, but I can’t remember back that far. It’s just a guess.
For me the first image is mostly about the light and color, while the second is primarily about that tiny web strand. But you might think differently. You tell me!

I’m assuming these are agave flowers, but I’m quite willing to hear from you if I’m wrong.
Sometimes I “clean up” little webs on flowers because I find them distracting. This time I preferred keeping them there … I just liked them. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

I love working with succulents. I had these sitting in my 2017 folder and I’m finally doing something with them. I think they can be a triptych …
