This is from a meadow in Yosemite (I’m sorry to say I don’t know the various names of meadows there. Shame on me, yes?) I haven’t a clue what this tree is, but the buds were pretty with the frost on them. Anyone out there know what this is from this bit of a tree? I’m guessing it’s rather hard to identify this way, so I’m probably silly to ask.
