I spotted these small bright red flowers growing in Nandina domestic (heavenly bamboo) but, to my knowledge, Nandina doesn’t have red flowers. Hm.

It’s time again for me to go out and enjoy the colors we get here in my little area. Some say one has to go back east to see them, but we DO actually get color here as well. (That’s not to say that I’m not itching to get back east for the colors sometime, though!) This is just a bit of color from a walk last week. I’m hoping to do more with the camera this coming week.
I’ve not posted a first shot in quite some time, mostly because I’ve not been doing much with the camera lately. Today, though, I had a lovely 6 3/4 mile walk, and this caught my eye when I was a bit more than two miles out. And yes, I’m being silly with the title.
