New Hampshire

We took our first ever trip to see the colors in New England. It’s going to take some time for me to go through what I shot and what might be presentable. This first shot from my Canon camera (I have a few earlier things from the phone and the Fuji) is where I’ll start. We’ll see what else I come up with later.

I can’t say I’m thrilled with this shot, but I can say it’s a First Shot!

From A Recent Trip

It takes me a very long time to go through photos I made after I get back from a trip. Sometimes, in fact, it takes years. I get home, download (or is that upload? I can never figure that out!) them, and then I seem to move on. It’s actually rather fun to then “discover” the photos a few years down the line.

But of course I always want to at least share something soon after a trip, so I worked on this image today. This was from the start of trip. We began in the Eastern Sierra, enjoying the colors of the season.

Happy Autumn!

Ah, my favorite time of year … especially when our weather changes and it actually feels like autumn as well. (Today it won’t, with temps in the high 80°s.) And if you are wondering, “the fall equinox arrives on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 3:20 P.M. EDT in the Northern Hemisphere.” (Yes, I looked that up.)

Christmas & Holiday Cards Coming Soon!

I will soon be putting together some boxed sets (singles available as well, of course) for the upcoming holidays. As a reminder, I do have cards that work well for autumn also! My pumpkin selection certainly works:

As do these two beautiful roses (aptly named Pumpkin Patch):

I also have fall leaves and some gorgeous tulips that work. Just ask!
