First Shot
Home from my close to (but not quite) six mile walk. The letter of the day is W … for wind! I didn’t do a ton with the camera, but of course I did a bit. This is just a first shot. I think it might work better in B&W. I’m too lazy to do much about that right now, though.

My daughter and I attempted to visit the UC Irvine arboretum while I was visiting last week. It turns out it’s no longer open to the public, which is a shame. Fortunately a volunteer let us quickly race through, giving us about twenty minutes. Of course that wasn’t nearly enough time, but it was better than nothing!
This Protea just looked like angels wings … or some sort of wings, anyway!
