… or is it a goodnight spider? You choose!
Spider on a Poppy, 4.4.18
Dan and I took a little trip to Point Lobos today. It was quite lovely, albeit a bit windy for flowers. Here is one of the first images I made.

(I debated about the little guy on this rose, but I decided to let him stay. Hope my spider-fearing friends don’t mind: he’s tiny, after all! You might not even spot him.)

… even though I realize there are black widows and not widowers. It’s just the way my brain works. Dogs are male. Cats are female. Lizards are male. Birds are female. Now, mind you, I KNOW none of that is true, but hey, the Germans say a fork is female (how very wrong is THAT?! Clearly a fork should be male and a spoon female and they say it’s the opposite!), so there you go.
