Some Green
I am still going through April 2017 images. It’s taking a good amount of time because as I go I get distracted and start working on an image. I’m finding I can delete a lot, but there are some images that make me wonder why I never posted them, and many bring back some great memories of walks.
I’m a huge fan of green, so I share this for this fine Friday morning, before I head off to a Flying Dutchman rehearsal with Opera San José.

Green
As I was working with these fantastic leaves a young man drove up and got out of his car. He asked me if I knew what they were (I didn’t) and then he explained that where he came from (Samoa) they use them to wrap some kind of beef (if I’m remember correctly) in. So I then said, “Well, maybe YOU know what it’s called, then?” “NO, but my mom and dad do.” “That’s what parents are for!” I replied.

Flora Afternoon
No flowers, but some green and a rock … and yes, this is from the pack trip. I am continuing to go through all I shot.
