Daily Flora
When I changed the name of these posts from “Goodnight Flower” to “Daily Flora” I did it not only so I could post any time of the day, but also so I could post all flora rather than only flowers. I have continued with flowers because, to be honest, I felt I was going to disappoint people and I also felt it was a bit of a “fail”. Heh. Well, too bad. Today I will post flora that is not a flower. Here goes …

Have a Bit of Green
I remember exactly where this plant is growing, even while this particular image is from 2016. I could easily walk right back and find it again. I’ve done so a few times, in fact. It just really caught my eye, it’s so interesting. I sent a larger image off to a plant ID group. I’m hoping to have a name soon and I’ll post that here when I learn what this is. Meanwhile … enjoy!

From Today’s Walk
I’m not a fan of wasps, and I do believe that is what this is (someone please correct me if I’m wrong!), but I love to photograph insects. Just because. I knew, too, that he was too busy with the flower to care about bugging me!
I’ve always thought that wasps were good for nothing, but I’ve now read that they DO manage to kill other bad bugs in the garden, so I guess I won’t despise them as much as I used to.
