Some images are merely record shots and this will probably be put in that category. Still, it’s a dogwood, and I love those, plus it’s a plant very near our house. So many people have taken out their dogwoods, but these people put in two lovely trees, one of which is in full bloom.

Here is another image from a good number of years ago. This wonderful dogwood tree was taken out a few years back and I think of it every time I walk by the house (it’s about a ten minute walk from home).

I didn’t manage a long walk today, but the first thing that caused me to pull out my camera were these dogwood blossoms. I was so happy to see a house nearby that was recently remodeled and landscaped now has three dogwood trees. They are really amazing!
